"I have had the privilege of contracting Elizabeth Villaverde for her consulting services over the past 10 years. It is extremely evident that she has a true passion for supporting early childhood programs. Elizabeth has a high level of understanding about what early childhood educators have to go through. She is a knowledgeable person in all types of topics. I call her my “walking encyclopedia”. Whenever I need any support in my childcare program, I contact her, and the problem gets resolved. I remember long ago trying to run my program all by myself because I thought that no one could do the job better than me, and I got burned out. Elizabeth coached me to figure out the root cause of the problem I had. Thanks to her, I learned to delegate to my teachers and get the best of them. My teachers were happy about the changes I made in our program and I was happy because I did not have to do everything anymore. The best educators are those who are eager students and Elizabeth consistently seeks more knowledge! She is my go to person for insight related to all things early childhood education because she seems to know it all! I have had the privilege of working under the supervision of Elizabeth, as well as alongside her for over 20 years and she has taught me more than anyone else in the profession. Not only is she an incredibly trainer, she is an incredible person who truly wants to be a light for early childhood educators in a very challenging, and often undervalued and appreciated profession.
